Great place 😁 and so low priced I'm amazed

After 4 years and 2 prior dentists providing crappy service all the way around, subpar denture products ending in heart breaking results (thank goodness for excellent dental insurance so I wasn’t out a huge amount of cash) I decided to give AD&I a go A friend had came here while I was going through my nightmare journeys and had nothing but good things to say about Dr Richardson and her finished products (upper regular denture/bottom 4 on 4) January 3 2024 was my free consultation & xray (X-ray was not free) First impression of Dr Richardson and staff was good I explained my situation told him the outcome I was looking for (to simply be able to eat speak & smile) somewhat normally I was given options to consider and left with a good feeling thinking I had finally found the right place I no longer had insurance (implant coverage is iffy anyway) so I had to find financing which was relatively easy but it came with ridiculous interest rates that should be against the law they are unethical to say the least…desperate times desperate measures right?! So begins the journey the dentist had been paid upfront now all I have to do is let the doc work his magic Lower plate 4 on 4! I’m excited and believing in a great outcome! December 26th was my 11th trip and I hope my last until time for followup Doc repaired the 2nd tooth that had broken made another impression and some type of adjustment that did make the plate feel much more secure I was able to eat dinner and actually take a bite without plate moving!! Minimal food particles under plate! Fingers crossed!! Overall Communication regarding procedures at visits was unclear and confusing a lot of the time the fit and comfort of the plate had to be adjusted many times 2 teeth 2 separate occasions have broken which were repaired and unfortunately bottom plate didn’t fit snuggly which allowed for food to collect under it I was losing hope but I do believe yesterdays visit has gotten me to a good place Professionalism of front desk can be questionable at times and wait times varied from barely got sat down to 4 hrs and even having to come back after excessive wait times Bottom line sometimes you win sometimes you lose right now I’m leaning more towards a kinda sorta win

Very pleased with my new smile, staff is polite and they make sure you are okay during procedure and make u feel welcomed and not just after your money , I highly suggest this place , my wife will be going through them as well soon as we get the funds

Awesome experience! I had major trepidation about my procedure but Dr. Richardson patiently got me through it. His staff also was AMAZING!

The dentist and the staff made me feel very comfortable and told me there is no reason for me to feel embarrassed about my dental situation.

The whole office makes sure that you feel comfortable. They are very informative of what is going on and very eager to make you smile again. I would recommend them to anyone who needs to smile again.

I absolutely loved the Doctor he was great. He was kind friendly. He is a people person and he was very, very patient. Having a hard time fitting my teeth. Thank you very much. Everyone there was great and treated you with respect.
