I absolutely loved the Doctor he was great. He was kind friendly. He is a people person and he was very, very patient. Having a hard time fitting my teeth.

Although the wait time was a bit long it was my 1st visit and there was paperwork to complete. Once in the chair things went quickly. All staff were personable and knowledgeable. I am disabled and they assisted me without hesitation when I needed to get xray etc.
Dr. Richardson was professional and yet approachable. He answered my many questions and gave me several alternatives to solve my problem whereas another practitioner had only presented one solution. I will be returning to complete my dental work.

The staff were nice and I get very nervous going to the dentist. The only thing is, is that it took 2 hours to be seen and it only took them 5-7 minutes to talk with me. I would have liked to had a clear conversation of what the plans were, and what to expect at the next appointment. Other than that, it is a great facility with a great staff. Again, I just get really nervous at the dentist and it would have been nice to get some relief. I have no idea what the next appointment is going to be about. I would have liked to been told ahead of time. Please. God bless y'all.
