My mother got her new dentures here, the process was really great until after she got her permanent dentures. Everyone was nice and helpful. One thing to be mindful of is to be flexible with appointments, sometimes they require or need additional appointments same day or week. One disappoint and dissatisfaction is when she came in for her last fitting and to pick up her permanent dentures, the doctor did tell her that if there is any discomfort she can come right in to get is corrected. So she came in because she is in a little bit of pain from the new dentures, and was told that they everyone has to have an appointment (even when in pain). I'm anxious to see their customer service continues after receiving final dentures.
