Don’t See Your Insurance Plan on the List?
If you don’t see your insurance plan on the list of insurance providers, you may be eligible to file an out-of-network claim for coverage. Your local Affordable Dentures & Implants practice can provide support as you complete your treatment and file an out-of-network claim with your dental insurance plan (excludes Medicaid and Medicare plans). Talk with your local office about your options.
We’re Here to Support You
-
Contact Your Dental Plan: Talk with your dental insurance plan to understand the out-of-network benefits available to you. It is important for you to fully understand and learn what is covered by your dental plan.
-
Schedule Your Appointment: Schedule an appointment online or call us at 1-800-DENTURE. Most practices offer a free new smile consultation for new patients. Inquire when making your appointment.
-
Receive a Customized Treatment Plan: As part of your consultation, our dentist will provide you with a customized treatment plan, and the team will help you understand options to meet your budget. With our affordable prices, patients find the total cost for services is frequently less than the insurance co-pay required at most general dentistry practices. Our team will help you calculate the costs for your dental care so you can make the best decision for you.
-
File Your Claim: After your treatment, our team will provide you with an itemized treatment plan, also known as a dental walkout statement, which provides you with everything you need to file your insurance claim. You simply sign the statement and submit it directly to your insurance company, along with any other required paperwork, to file an out-of-network claim, per your insurance company’s instructions (be sure to follow the instructions and guidance provided by your insurance company). Your insurance will reimburse you according to your plan and applicable coverage determination.
