Great experience. This was my first tooth extraction. They explained the process thoroughly and it took less than 2 minutes to extract my tooth. It was over before I knew it.

I had a very good experience and the staff was helpful and courteous. However, I was truly disappointed bc the doctor was not able to perform the upper implants that I was there for the evaluation. Said my bone structure would not allow him to do that.

Appt. was "ok" employee had keyed in wrong items for my next appt. & people were under the wrong impression on what to do. Don't agree with this company asking for all the $$$ upfront then come back to order partial & do the rest, half would have been fine then pay remaining to see if pleased?
