I had the soft palate replaced on my upper. The technician was Amie. She is very talented at her job. I have had my implants for two years and have been pleased with them. I didn't realize they weren't fitting properly until Amie replaced the liner. It is amazing how much better they fit now! ( My implants were done in another state.) I 100% recommend them. Thank you Amie! I will rerurn!!

The staff is very professional and polite. I must say I was disappointed with the finished product and the fact that you're there all day and feel rather rushed through the process especially at the end of the day when everyone is ready to go home. While the actual fit was much better than my old teeth, the new teeth were much larger, which changed my smile drastically. My old teeth had 14 teeth and the new ones only 12 since they were larger. I've resorted back to my old set since I really don't care for the larger teeth they used. I really wish they would have taken the size of my old teeth into consideration when making my new set. It's unfortunate since I paid over 2k for them. I know a lot of people have had positive experiences at this location. Unfortunately, mine wasn't when it came to the finished product. 😕 Update: I went back on 9/9/24, and they fixed my teeth. Amy was very pleasant and helpful throughout the process. My new teeth look as close to my old ones as they could get. I might need some minor adjustments done on the fit, but I figured I'd give it a few weeks to see if it's really necessary. I changed my rating from 2 stars to 5 because they are willing to stand behind their work, and overall, my experience the second time was much more relaxed. I didn't feel rushed or like I had to settle on what was being presented to me because of time constraints. Again, Amy really went above and beyond to make sure I was satisfied with the finished product. I also believe I could have communicated my expectations better the first time, and maybe the second trip could have been avoided altogether. I guess if I were to give advice to future customers, it would be to speak up immediately if you're not happy and let them fix it while you're there. They are willing and capable.

Dr. Lewis is so great and has such a wonderful bedside manner. I was super nervous and he made me feel comfortable.

Everyone is really nice BUT Amie is freaking AWESOME! She takes exceptional care of me and does an awesome job every time I go in! She’s fun to visit with and very outgoing! She is not only an asset to her employer but most importantly to her patients! Thank you Amie!

They were super nice and my teeth look amazing. They also helped me through the soonercare process and the surgery process.

It was a great experience. The only downside is I had to go all day without my denture But that’s how it works. The staff was very friendly it was good to see Dr T again. Thanks to everyone. Great job y’all.

This place is absolutely amazing. The support staff is extremely helpful, knowledgeable amd kind. and Dr Shane Tewis is a remarkable dentist. I cant give them a high enough recommendation!!!
