For Dr. Ahmed Tarek, DDS, FAAIP, BDS, implant dentistry has always been about finding the best solutions for his patients. With over a decade of dedicated experience as an oral implantology specialist and educator, he is intimately acquainted with the concerns and challenges that surround any dental procedure. Together with his team at Affordable Dentures and Implants, Dr. Tarek is committed to offering the options, information, and considerate care that allow patients to confidently achieve the quality of life they deserve.
Born in Saudi Arabia and raised in Egypt, Dr. Tarek earned his BDS Degree in Dentistry with honors in 2009 and immediately began his career as an implant dentist and private tutor for dental students. After moving to the US in 2016, Dr. Tarek joined Buffalo Dental School’s International Program, graduating third in his class in 2019. In 2020, he received a fellowship from the American Academy of Implant Prosthodontics for continuing excellence in his field. As an international member of both the US National Dental Honor Society and an active fellow of the Egyptian Society of Oral Implantology, Dr. Tarek is able to stay ahead of new technology and developments in dentistry around the world. No two patients share the same story or situation, and by approaching his singular focus on implant dentistry from two angles – as both dentist and teacher – and with global perspective, Dr. Tarek has honed his ability to treat complicated cases of teeth and bone loss, restore function, and achieve the esthetic his patients desire.
Today’s implant dentistry patients are more informed than ever, with the growing visibility of popular All-on-Four and other fixed denture solutions, but for many, taking the first steps toward restorative dentistry can be overwhelming. In each of the countless successful procedures he’s performed over the last 10+ years, Dr. Tarek’s goal is to make sure his patients feel empowered to ask questions, receive clear answers, and celebrate an excellent return on their investment in their dental health.
