First time there, the staff and doctor was great all around. Notice the staff know their customer's as prior customers were greeted by name. Family environment.

Very impressed with their service

Came in on October 28th 2024 to have an extraction done which I plan to have an implant done also a little bit down the road first off I want to say from the time I walked in to the time I left I was impressed the waiting room is very clean and very comforting and it's also temperature controlled very nice now please don't hold this against me I can't remember everybody's name I'm better with faces but the woman at the front desk was very nice and very sweet when she took my x-ray she was very nice and comforting no attitude no anything made me feel good I'm not the best at going to the dentist I won't lie for some reason it just makes me nervous I don't know why LOL but she was great and then the assistant I believe her name was Jasmine she was very sweet and very polite and very comforting and I also had another assistant that worked with the doctor and she was very nice and very sweet and constantly checked on me and was very talkative it made me feel comfortable and Dr Dawson was amazing so professional so comforting just all around fantastic I would not go anywhere else I have already referred four different people to this place this was the best dental experience I've ever had in my life thank you all very much. My experience was great the young lady at the front desk was the sweetest and nicest all the staff in the back was very nice and made me fell comfortable I 100 percent will be back

I have gone to locations in Moyock North Carolina and Virginia Beach Virginia and I must say this location by far has it together more than most! I had an emergency repair which had me in turmoil but I was able to set my appointment on line and was in and out with my repair completed and a new full set of dentures ordered within 1.25 hours!!! I have to tell you I am extremely impressed by Newport News Affordable Dentures they will forever be my home when dealing with my dental issues
