I loved my visit to this office, their desire to make sure you’re taken care of and understand all of the ups and downs of your decision today and what may be the best course of action was amazing. The general concern for me as a patient and making sure all of my needs are met while offering me the best options and assistance that no one else had makes them shine! Thank you to your team!!!!

Well, so far so good! I’ve had experiences with other affordable dentures before they have not been so good, especially when it comes to the customer service part. As I was really leery, I still gave it another try. Soon as I walked in the first thing I noticed was the receptionist who had a very welcoming smile. The waiting area was nice, clean and tidy . Dr. Kim Lui, DMD. Was very knowledgeable as well as her techs. I could tell that she was very forthright and transparent. Not like some of the dentists that I have been to that just want to drain your pockets. Although I can’t say it was inexpensive, but all in the same, I kind of feel it was reasonable considering the amount of work that I need done. I will definitely recommend Dr. Kim And her team.

I came to the facility today to see if i could get a last minute or walkin appointment. the front desk receptionists i believe her name was shanay welcomed me with a polite smile and good personality, explaining the business only do appointments. I was hoping to get dental work done on short notice, understand the rules of the practice. I will try to locate a walk-in facility because of my deadline. If not, i will definitely reach back to the facility to make a necessity appointment to get my dental work done there. I can tell the staff is carrying, polite, and professional.

My name is ulyana. I came 29 years ago from Ukraine I worked in medical field 41 years. I met Dr. Lui I admire her professional work she doesn’t speak a lot but she does excellent job if you have to do evaluation of her work I put her A+. I am very happy what she did to me. She made me dentures and I am very happy with her work. I recommend everyone to come here. She is very professional I never saw anyone in 41 years of my experience in medical field like her. Again thank you very much.

I had been trying to get some paperwork from the Concord location for over a month, finally the receptionist was able to help me so if you have a problem, call her, she’s willing to help with a smile. There are a lot of changes going on in those locations, but you’re going to have to be patient because Affordable Dentures is a good company that has been dealing with them for 20 years. But if you do have a problem, call Virginia Howard at affordable care. She will get the job done.
