I had a tooth extracted by Dr. J today. I was very nervous about this but him and his office staff were very caring and helpful to me. I would highly recommend him and his practice. He took the tooth out and i didnt even know.

Staff are patient, friendly, and helpful. My baby brother had to have all his teeth extracted and was apprehensive about the entire procedure. They could see his concerns and refered him out where they had the capabilities to administer light sedation. They really go the extra mile to ensure your insurance is straight and covering the work you’re having done. The place is always clean and neat.

Thanks for the opportunity. To sum up my visit I can share that I've been doing research on purchasing dentures and I saw that Aspen in Chester advertised a free consult. I thought that Chester was a bit far from South Hill so I called Affordable Dentures. I called the office and specifically asked about a free consult and was told yes. Communication via text and calls was outstanding. Staff at front desk were respectful and engaging plus the wait time was better than other places. I made it to the back and the X-ray tech and then to an exam room. A gentleman arrived who was aware that I was in for a consult and quickly stated there is no consult without an X-ray. Well, I apologized because that was not what I was told. Nice guy, and I'm pretty sure he was the dentist because he presented in scrubs. So all in all I had a nice encounter and appreciated the opportunity to learn that I was mistaken. On to Aspen I go! Yours, Dorothy Colosi RN BSN

Friendly staff and a quick in and out appointment, granted I went for general dentistry which they don't perform, they still did their best to accommodate me and allowing me to be seen which I'm thankful for
