The visit was half good half inconvenient. It took a while for the office to approve my flex spending account. I don’t know if it was the office, the insurance company. I waited longer for billing than my whole examinations.

My experience was very positive. They replaced a tooth in my dentures that I had lost.

Dr. Richards is great. I felt some little pain. Had a tooth extraction. Went home with no pain and no pain the next day. The staff was very nice.

I needed (2) implants to repair a 40-year-old bridge. When my dentist was super expensive, I decided to call, make an appointment and compare the cost. Affordable Dentures and Implants was easy to get in for an appointment, very responsive when I had questions and overall easy to work with. I decide to go with them since the quote was 1/2 of what my dentist was going to charge. I have had the post set with no real pain, minimal swelling and one small bruise. Overall, it has been a great experience so far. I will have to wait 4-6 months for this part of the process to heal and then will be back for the final caps. UPDATE: I'm done with this process and would highly recommend Affordable Dentures and Implants. Everything was as they said and I'm thrilled with my results.

I can't say enough good things about Dr Richards and his assistant Orianna (spelling?)... the Dr. is one of the best implant specialists Ive visited in the area. He did a great job with my implants, spending as much time and effort necessary to ensure the implants were perfect and that I was happy with them. Jacey, the previous office manager was friendly, helpful and great to work with but unfortunately she has moved on to bigger better endeavours. I'm not too thrilled with the front desk support though, I did find one of the receptionists to be unhelpful which was a bit of a problem. But that said, it's Dr. R and his expertise that matters so I would highly recommend him to anyone seeking implants and 1st class treatment!!

This was my second consultation and the visit was quick and thorough. X-rays taken and an exam by the dentist. We discussed options and I should be hearing from the acting manager later today regarding costs and insurance approval. A good experience.
