*edited* After posting my review with my experience, the next day (today) someone reached out to me via text asking if I required an adjustment. They set me up with an appointment the following week. I appreciate that they pay attention to reviews and follow up on them. I've changed my review to 4/5 stars simply because of that, and after my visit, depending on what happens, I am hoping I can change it to 5 stars. ---- Everyone was polite and nice enough. You can tell the dentist was in a rush to do the job which, in my case, wasn't an issue. I felt rushed but I was aware of what I was doing so I can't complain about that. A second dentist, I assume, misled me about the final fitting of my dentures by telling me the final product would fit better after I complained about how they felt. I trusted her and I regret it. Once I got the final thing, they still didn't fit but they were also painful. I thought I could give it time and the pain would go away but it never happened. I eventually stopped wearing them due to pain. They give you a 100 day guarantee but they never answered my phone calls. I don't think they were intentionally ignoring me but I tried calling three times and I never spoke to anyone. Today is the 100th day so I am now out of my "guarantee" period. So, most of the employees were all very polite but that's about where the positives end. The dentures were ill fitting and painful to the point that I can't wear them. At this point I see it as a waste of money which means I threw away thousands of dollars for nothing. I'll now have to go elsewhere and spend more money.

Today I went for my second of three stages of getting an implant. It takes time because of the healing process. My experience today was beyond unbelievably great.
